6. Limitation of Liability
   Nutritionist Approved Foods’ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nutritionist Approved Foods. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Nutritionist Approved Foods.
